I reserved a 50' tow behind articulating lift a few weeks ago from Scott Burns at Sunbelt Rentals in Haliburton. Sunbelt double booked the unit I reserved and followed up to notify that they would provide an alternative unit (45' Haulotte lift Model # 4527A, serial # 45A17-00282) as a replacement. The replacement unit was transported from the Peterborough location to Haliburton. This was authorized by Terra Moloney from Peterborough. Pricing is ridiculous and the company is double dipping on float charges as they pick up and drop off multiple pieces of equipment on one load but charge each customer the full price.
Vast improvement in rental quality since CRS was bought by sunbelt ..!
I have rented from Sunbelt a couple of times. Fantastic customer service, they made recommendations which were very helpful and minimized my work effort tremendously. Highly recommended.
