Beware of this company and stay clear. I rented a bobcat attachment from them. They had a very inexperienced girl attempt to load in onto my truck. She managed to run into my truck twice causing damage around $2000. Despite witnesses pictures and video they still refuse to address the damage. Countless attempts ongoing for over a year has resulted in no compensation. The manager is an outright liar and probably the most deceitful person I’ve ever come across. Horrible service and overcharging on rentals. Rented a cherry picker, the rental itself is $450, they have an addl $500 of addl “charges” for example $100 fuel EACH WAY from Vernon to lake country, environmental fees??!! Almost $1000 for a cherry picker that was rented for 3.5 hours. Greedy and gross. Last time for us using this gauging company. Zero stars. Happy to post a pic of the actual invoice upon request..
