I booked the rental of a boom lift for a job in Kelowna through the Vernon branch . The lift arrived 1.5hrs earlier than expected and we were not yet on site, so they parked the lift in the street instead of the open job site. I did receive the invoice until after the rental was completed, I was extremely disappointed with the $38 fuel surcharge for the delivery of 5km . Place has gone completely downhill since it used to be Winn Rentals. They only accept credit card, won’t take it over the phone, wont allow my employees or anyone take the equipment that doesn’t have a name on the card. Quality of the equipment is poor. Just overall very difficult to deal with. Not recommended.

I wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service and communication offered by the Sunbelt Rental Kelowna team, particularly Sheena. Attentive, responsive and excellent communication in working through a small transfer and continuity of a fencing rental agreement.

Sunbelt Rentals sponsored our "Walk of Life" (for the 2nd time) this past weekend. Communication during planning stages was seamless & their "day of" team (Tom, Quinn, & Conrad) showed up early with welcoming faces; ready to tackle the event ahead. Our group was thoroughly impressed with options and even surprised with a few extra refreshments on such a warm day. Thank you for being a huge part of our fundraiser!
