Very prompt, ended up getting extra day for no charge, rented 30ft scizzor lift, which was basically new. Great weekly price, had best rates after calling around

RENTERS BEWARE. I rented a scissor lift for one day. They did not pick it up until two days afterward. I even spoke to a contact on the day after stating it was ready for pickup per original agreement. Then i get charged because they did not pick up the equipment. I guess there is how they make money off of rentals.

Just rented a drywall lift and they have no instruction manual and can't even print one out for me I find that kind of ridiculous very disappointed
