Today I rented a electric stair climber dolly. It did not do the job. When I took it back 2.5 hrs later and told them it was a crap piece of equipment. The manager quickly said he had "rented it 100s of times with no complaints". The stair climber barely made it up the first step, when operating it to the second step it could not maintain the balance and flip my safe backwards. Can’t say enough about how awesome the employees are at Sunbelt. They are always so kind and helpful. Thank you especially to Aaron who helped us figure out how to uncrate our new 700 lb commercial fridge and move it off the pallets and to Dave who helped out. If you need equipment, even if you’re not sure what you need, go see these guys.
