GREAT to work with! The folks a the New Baltimore branch are Very knowledgeable in the equipment and take the time to help you understand do's/don'ts on rentals. Most of them have first hand understanding of how the equipment operates. They put you at ease from the time you enter through to return of the equipment. This is truly appreciated!
Didn't rent a thing just wanted to do a walk through since Home Depot rentals starting to suck. Spoke with Mr. Bill Ervin and he made me feel right at home. Broke down rental equipment and pricing clearly and decisively and even let me drive around the yard to view their equipment condition and availability. Good bye HD hello Sunbelt.
