Super nice people and was very fast
The staff were really nice and professional. The rental process was easy and quick. That said, the truck was a huge mess. The cab was new, had great AC and was easy to drive but the box was obviously very old and beat up. The floors were all worn and torn to the point you could see through them. Before you rent the truck really make sure the box is in good shape, especially if you are moving household goods.
Simply professional and filled with aloha through and through. From reservations to over the top support with getting and returning the vehicle, this is the place to go to rent any construction or recreational needs. A special mahalo to the lead mechanic who wrestled with a challenging fix to our van on a Friday - late. I would reserve from this location & staff anytime.
