Quick & easy. They always have what's needed.
Told me the piece fit my equipment and then when I drove all the way over there I was told well the only reason why it wouldn't fit is such and such and I'm like here we go. And lo and behold the piece didn't fit. Then they acted like I had to then rent the machine to use the piece and finally after a wrestling match they gave me the machine to use that fits the piece
Christopher is your guy! Great customer service, he finds solutions of what you are looking. I rented a Vermeer SC70TX stump grinder and was in optimal conditions, I see they take care of the equipment. Because other rental places don't and then when you get it they charge you for the damage of the last renter. Very honest practice and you get the rental protection plan other places don't offer that. We are glad doing business with you!
