Horrible experience. They replaced the scissor lift with another one that was to wide for what I needed. Didn't charge any extra, but wasn't able to get everything done. Then It was nearly impossible for me to get a receipt for my expenses on a charge they had put on my credit card. Kept getting either automated service or a person who would want to transfer me to another person. Extremely frustrating. My very last rental from this place.
Beyond the chaos and uncertainty of my day-to-day, Robert Felts goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need when I need it. I can’t count how many times I’ve been in a bind and he manages to make things happen for me. I must say, Sun Belt and its employees do whatever it takes to make sure you’re taken care of. Thank y’all so very much and thanks again to Robert for always going out of your way to make things happen!
