Cannot say enough good things about Sun Belt Rentals in Cornwall. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Mario Cadieux (manager) was extremely fair on pricing when a machine I rented did not work out. Won't go anywhere else for rentals in the future!
I just spoke with Mike who told me that our reservation did not matter, That the company who had it the day before needed it for longer, and (paraphrasing) we're getting bumped. I have rented heavy machinery from companies before - never have I ever gotten such a poor, small scale, service. On top of that, I was told they did not have ANY machinery to move soil, nor did he try to make it work.
