Our pool installer called them to repair one of their rentals. They backed a full trailer and another truck onto my established sod lawn after three days of extensive rain and left deep ruts in the sod and also left a trail of clay mud down my neighbor’s driveway. There wasn’t even a need to use the trailer as they left without loading anything onto it. Any responsible person would have known this would damage the sod when the ground is wet.
