Rented a 16 foot A-frame ladder. Salesman was “ADAHL”. Everything went perfect, easy process, help loading and unloading, paperwork was quick and easy. I highly recommend.
Vary happy with my rental there and the staff was vary helpful making sure I was renting out the right trailer for my tricky task. Definitely will be a returning customer
If I could leave a negative star i would. I Rented a jetter (glorified pressure washer) to unclog a pipe the jetter tip was clogged as verified by their own technician when i brought it back. They latter called me to tell me they had tested it and it was working fine...jajajaja obviously the technician fixed it before they tested it. Told them thats fine go ahead and change me. I will never be back. Save yourself the trouble if you can go somewhere else. The # 1 goal is to be right not be honest!!! Joe Reliable Septic.
Friendly service, but very expensive. Can't understand that when you rent a tool that needs a trailer to get where you are going, get added on to the bill.
