we rented a boom lift for a project and it didn't fit our need brought it back the next day sunbelt didn't charge us for the rental since it didn't work for our project.... i was quite surprised ....staff was professional and helpful...

Excellent service, very helpful, same-day rental. I rented an electric mower which turned out to be new and never used, had a learning curve trying to figure out all the levers and buttons plus some charging issues and no spare batts, had to stop mid-job a few times to re-charge for half-hour. A bit frustrating. But Sunbelt did everything they could to make it right—and they did! Highly recommend, would rent Sunbelt equipment at this location again in a heartbeat.
