First rate service and equipment. Highly recommend Chase and his team to assist in any rentals requirements a project may need.
Not a great experience. I think if you're a larger contractor or client this may be the place to get wined and dined. But if you're not I would take a look at other options, even other branches (I've had good experiences with other Sunbelt locations). My take is, they were not great at communicating, gave me the run around, didn't take my calls then when I managed to get ahold of someone it was my fault for not getting ahold of someone sooner. Had a great experience with Jakob at the desk, he assisted in loading of the equipment and made sure everything was complete for our project. I appreciate the energy and interest shown to provide service.
Great experience from start to finish with getting the rental to returning. Also there staff is absolutely amazing helping out in anyways they can. So will be coming back in the future 12 out of 10 thanks again.
