Horrible service don't make reservation with this people over the phone they will give you the wrong item they will make you waist your time. Horrible

Everyone at this Sunbelt location was so pleasant to work with. From Ray who first booked my reservation, to Jasmine who helped me make some adjustments to the tech workers who helped me with the equipment I rented. Very professional yet also friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place and everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with. I highly recommend. Thank you!
I wish there was a 0 star. But more than anything, I see continued reviews on the 'rude lady'. I happen to call today, her name is Jazmine. She is super rude. She said there was NO ONE in the store but her. It was 11:12am when I called. Someone should check the camaras and see show awfully rude she is. I would NOT have someone like that answering my phones, as she is not helpful, she's rude, and she is NOT knowledgeable at all.
