Thanks to Joel and Marco I was able to get the proper assistance I needed to get the equipment up and running. They were able to send out John the technician to diagnosed what the problem was and after a few hours, he figured out the issue and was able to fix it and get us back in optical form. Needless to say, the job was completed. Thanks to these three individuals that on their off time away from the office came to the aid and help us.
Marco and the crew are friendly and helpful.
