Manager called to check on my order and made sure I got the right items needed. Driver Chris called me to let me know he put the machine down and was in and out in no time. And both of them told me to call if I needed anything. Very pleased with my experience.
The fella at the desk worked well with me, and was a wonderful help. I admit I was mislead by their on call person saying my rental was a nice big fancy toro stump grinder. But...I got a tiny weak little green stump grinder. I rate them 5 stars because the in house customer service that was provided to me was outstanding and the people here in general was kind and respectful. Even after hours the guy answered my calls and questions and continued being helpful.
