Rented a lift for one day. They did not tell me on the phone when I rented it that I was required to call it off even though I told them I only needed it for one day. For people who don’t rent equipment regularly, it would be a simple statement to make. Waste of time
We have rented equipment from Sunbelt a few times now. Trey & Kayla have been fantastic to work with. Very friendly from the start. We had an issue with a lift on our last job site and they jumped on it quickly with options and got us taken care of so we could finish the job for our clients.
