We were stuck in traffic and 4 mins late. The nice gentleman waited for us on a Friday afternoon. We were driving all the way from San Antonio. Ladder did the job well!!
Rented a skidsteer with shredder, the skidsteer was an open cab, so as you tried to use it, all the dust and debris just covered you. Then the shredder was so dull it wouldn't even cut the smallest mesquite! It was a waste of time getting it! Would give negative stars if I could!
Rented a lift for one day. They did not tell me on the phone when I rented it that I was required to call it off even though I told them I only needed it for one day. For people who don’t rent equipment regularly, it would be a simple statement to make. Oh hey by the way you must call when you are done, we don’t care if you told us you only wanted a one day rental, we are going to continue to charge you until you call it off.
