Five-Star Experience! From start to finish, this was hands-down one of the best rental experiences ever! We rented a more complex carpet cleaner, and Rob at the Dayton branch absolutely nailed it. He gave us clear, step-by-step instructions, shared pro-level tips, and even reminded us to wear gloves—a small detail that made a big difference. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Thank you, Rob, for turning what could’ve been a tricky job into a total win!
Very bad company, pathetic customer service.
Couldn't find a flooring stripper anywhere. Of course They had one. Great deal. They helped load it and even came with ramps. Never been to a better rental place than here. Way better than others We've used in the area. From now on, We will only be using Sunbelt Rentals. 5 Stars
