Little on the higher side of for charging, Little issue with the equipment, not much choice of accessories, mostly the Gal, that was working, didn't seemike she really wanted to be there? Or maybe just having a Bad Day?. The gentlemen that heled me with the return, definitely had a better attitude.
Bottom line: Great experience.Earned my future business. Here's why: I wasn't sure which scissor lift would be best for my project. The front desk staff was super friendly. The gentleman that was helping me asked a few question and gave me a recommendation that was spot on. I went outside and the lady that runs the yard was standing by with the unit, already on the trailer, chained down and ready to roll. AWESOME
Everyone I dealt with was great! Very friendly and nice. Unfortunately the yard girl didn't show me how to start my equipment so I didn't know it had TWO on/off switches so I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to start it. When I got it started, the lynch pin I was provided was cheap or undersized and fell off three times while augering two holes, the last time destroying it. I had to find a bolt to fix it. I shouldn't have to repair rented equipment. Once it was repaired it worked flawlessly. Returning was a breeze and ... read more
