Bottom line: Great experience.Earned my future business. Here's why: I wasn't sure which scissor lift would be best for my project. The front desk staff was super friendly. The gentleman that was helping me asked a few question and gave me a recommendation that was spot on. Everyone I dealt with was great! Very friendly and nice. Unfortunately the yard girl didn't show me how to start my equipment so I didn't know it had TWO on/off switches so I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to start it. When I got it started, the lynch pin I was provided was cheap or undersized and fell off three times while augering two holes, the last time destroying it. I had to find a bolt to fix it. Outstanding business to work with... Rented a skid steer!
Maybe you shouldn’t be leaving someone that doesn’t know about any equipment or what they’re talking about on the phone… We called 20 minutes before closing to rent a machine and we literally live 5 minutes down the street so was going to stop by and pick it up real quick… but obviously they don’t want to do business. The lady on the phone kept saying we close soon.. We close soon… And didnt want to help or even try , Worst customer service
