This place carries, poor old un maintained equipment. I had a huge issue with their lack of organization as they didn't update my file with my new number and ended up taking a machine out our job without making contact with me - because they called the wrong number. I have been dealing with them for over 5 years so I found this to be very disappointing as I've been always been great at paying and communicating. Well I rent equipment regularly every week at least once. When I called and booked a concert buggy, I asked if it's suitable for off-road, and they said it would go anywhere. When I got it to the job site, the buggy wouldn't even get up a 5° hill. So we could not use it. When I returned it 3 hours later, I told them what had happened, and they said sorry, sir, but we are still going to have to change you for the day. Small JLG Man Lift - Inquired about the $482 delivery charges on my bill just to be told it is what it is. According to Google Maps we are located only 4.1kms from the rental location and we were charged $200 to deliver and another $200 to pick up. On top of that there is also an $82 delivery surcharge. As a business operator I am aware of the current climate but this is just bad business.
