I've rented from them twice. The first time I rented a scaffolding and they didn't give me any wheels. The second time I rented a 16' fiberglass ladder and the young employee helping me load it tried to tell me I would have to rent a trailer to haul it instead of just hanging it out of my 8' truck bed. Please educate your employees about these things and make sure there aren't any missing parts.
