Friendly and accommodating. Equipment was ready and waiting when I arrived. Female employees offered to load equipment but I politely declined.
I spoke with a lady over phone named Christina and asked to borrow trailer 6x12 because she said I gave a wrong person whom I spoke with about pricing she feels uncomfortable about dealing with me and refused business as if I were I dont even know. It was very unpleasant trying to do business with her.

called to confirm availability of a 16 foot drywall lift . Drove 80 miles one way early in the morning to pick up so my team can start work at 10 am. Called the day before to confirm and to double check that they have the equipment to go up 16 feet. Yep we have it I am told. . Pick it up drive home to find out it only goes up 11-4 feet. Now I am out yet again due to incompetence. Thank you
They bent over backwards to get the equipment I needed from another location, and dealt with my constantly changing needs on the rental due to unpredictable weather. They were polite and came off as genuine.... couldn't of done this job without them.
