Came in for an aerator and spoke with Danielle about getting the appropriate sized one for my smaller yard. She was very knowledgeable and helpful! The last one I rented from a different company was huge and kinda scary to operate. The aerator that Danielle suggested was the perfect size and much more manageable to use. I will definitely be back for future rentals! 10/10 would recommend!!!
All these 5 star reviews, I assume the short Mexican boss I stomped out years ago got fired?
Never rent from here. First of all the the guy the help me on the phone (RJ) was very rude and dismissive. After talking to him the first time I refused to talked to him after that. The excuse the manager gave me for his poor attitude was he been here forever. When it came to the rental I went there to get a forklift and told me a was renting a certain forklift. It was supposed to be delivered at 8am Friday well at 815 they called me and told me that they didn't have the model I needed and they were sending me a different mo... read more
