5 stars only because of the manager Dave. He definitely cares about his customers.
FRAUD! They rented me equipment that was incorrectly repaired and malfunctioned. They knew it was broken when it was rented. Just know if you go there you will pay top dollar for equipment that isn’t just used but broken. Prepare to be treated like it’s your fault when things don’t go well by the rudest customer facing team you have ever met. Nasty people!
Rented a mini backhoe-excavator for a week. I had to dig 100' for a French drain. I rented for a week (3 weeks in advance) because I couldn't bet on which days would rain. Sunbelt had everything ready to go on Monday. The bobcat worked great and was fully fueled with instructions on board (if needed). Return delivery went smoothly. Will definitely rent from them again if needed.
