Rented various equipment for years. Everything was fine. Not the last 3 times. I was lied to about what was available on the phone so I'd rent a more expensive machine, learned in person a smaller one was available and that this particular staff member lies often. They didn't want to come fix one on a weekend, so they extended my rental time instead. One weekend a machine broke and the best they could do was meet me at the store.
