Don't rent from these guys. They send out equipment that failed to work and then blamed my crew for not playing text tag to fix it.
Sadly, here in Regina, Sunbelt has a very low inventory of equipment to rent. After 2 weeks, I still couldn't rent the pieces of equipment that I wanted, so I was forced to go elsewhere. Sadly. Customer service failed to tell me that the pieces of equipment that I wanted would be rented out for months, not days, as I had hoped.
Great customer service, we've been renting from them for couple years and no complaints. If there is a problem they always make it right.
