I had a similar experience to the guy below. I rented a lift for one day. I called it off for same-day pick up - they then said we never called it off after final use and had to go back and forth. This time around, we used Herc Rentals right in Naperville, and they were incredible—efficient, cost-effective, and great communication. I gave them two stars cause they ended up (after over a month) somewhat fixing their mistake. I would highly recommend anyone who needs something to go right to Herc Rentals.

Good afternoon. I want to leave a bad review for Sunbelt. Before this, we worked several times with this company, which did not fulfill its obligations. Sometimes the equipment arrived in a faulty state and at the wrong time. Very high prices compared to competitors. Renting a Skyjack or forklift was twice as expensive as other companies. Delivery of a Skyjack with rental for one day was $700-800, when in other companies it was $275-400, depending on the area.
