Jake just made me a lifelong customer (I wasn’t even trying to rent anything)! My car broke down in the parking lot and he went out of his way to make sure we were situated and safe. He was nice, knowledgeable, funny, and I will 1000% be a future customer of this location. Thank you again! You guys clearly rock!!!!!!!
Don’t know who this driver is but he works for you guys and he’s gonna kill somebody driving one of these days. Besides to blow a red light in Skowhegan and cut me off I would’ve smashed right into the front of the truck if I wouldn’t have slammed on my brakes. Maybe you guys should hire more intelligent people.

I had a home project, and needed equipment, so I decided to try Sunbelt Rentals. James was incredibly helpful in determining what I needed, he went above and beyond to assist me. Saved me a lot of time and effort, I highly recommend their services.
Huge thanks to Jake and John for going above and beyond! Jake spent over two hours on his own time, at home on his day off, coordinating an emergency pickup with customer service and the Tewksbury rental location — all while the store was closed. That kind of dedication is rare.
