Great customer service, very helpful and friendly
Rented a engine host and the jack was bad customer service did not care I will not rent anything else from this place
They charge over $10 per gallon of diesel, and I'm 95% sure they round to the next highest gallon. Machine was not in great shape, but worked OK. The people I dealt with never said anything about the ridiculous fuel charges. Their website says something about a "competitive price" but the wording is a bit convoluted, and I think that it only applies when you fill it yourself from their pump? Don't know, was never explained that I'd have to pay 10 dollars per gallon for one of their guys to spend 60 seconds fueling.
Rented a floor grinder little river store was very helpful.
