Sent me a skid steer and a augur without the sheer pin to make the two parts work then charged me for extra hours one of the worst company’s I have worked with called me the day before to ask if I could re schedule after i paid in full took till day of delivery to tell me they would be able to give me a different skid steer to make the rental. They might be cheaper but totally makes sense why no customer service and no accountability
Great people up front taking care of you making sure you get what you need. Had an issue with a boom lift and James took care of it and solved the issue quickly. Highly recommend
Great service! We rented a Telehandler on short notice and it was priced better than other rental companies in the area. Jacqueline was a pleasure to deal with.
They quoted me for a forklift pick up and told me it was 7500-8000lb for $500 I asked if a Ram 1500 would be able to pick up the trailer and lift. The rep said yes it’s capable. Pick up day comes and they tell us it’s a 12,000lb load and the truck can’t do that. I had no time to find an alternative source to move the lift. They delivered the lift that night and we called for pick up the next morning. I see today that they billed me $1300 for their own Mistake.
