Terrible experience here this week. Rented a lift trailer to move a palletized 7’ tall 700lb commercial bandsaw. What she gave me was a tilt trailer and a pallet truck at 4:30pm, which was useless. No big deal, had my neighbor unload w his tractor. The big deal came when I went to return the following morning. The lady wanted to know why I took it, why I didn’t call(they close at 5), and insisted on charging me for the pallet truck, even though it was useless to me. Costumer service has the worst attitude a business can have, I simply took my business to another business than it gave me better answers In what I needed.
Our landscape construction contracting company lost over $1,200 for a $250 rental because the equipment was faulty to begin with and should have never been rented out. Very poorly maintained, broken engine starter. The tech arrived 7 hours after the time they said which resulted in two people waiting a full day at a remote site. Three times they said they were 30 minutes away. The tech arrived after 5pm, would not remove the faulty equipment and I had to rearrange an entire two days of work because they would not replace it.... read more
