I reserved a boom forklift. I specified the smallest model due to having a limited area to unload a truck. They substituted a much larger model (9 feet longer than the one I specified). They didn't have the small one available, so they substituted without calling me. So they brought a regular forklift. I was able to unload the truck , but it was a much more difficult job. Save your sanity and stay away from this place. The incompetence is impressive
If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved a piece of equipment online, spoke with a sales associate and when I arrived they said I needed to set up an account which was never discussed earlier. They also said it wouldn’t matter if I set up an account because they don’t have any equipment that I wanted available even though I had reserved it for that morning. I had a job lined up and people waiting for me but was unable to go.
