Rented a floor scraper . Explained what we’d be using it for . To remove hardwood floors . Didn’t do a dang thing . Complete waste of money . Tried to get refunded but they wouldn’t . Took a video of proof that it wasn’t working at all . Horrible customer service . Explains why they have such a low rating .
I reserved a boom forklift. I specified the smallest model due to having a limited area to unload a truck. They substituted a much larger model (9 feet longer than the one I specified). They didn't have the small one available, so they substituted without calling me. So they brought a regular forklift. I was able to unload the truck , but it was a much more difficult job.
