I hate to give a businesses 1 star, but unfortunately our experience with them was the worst. This may be due to a company policy, if so, they need to drastically change it. We rented an engine hoist online for a day. The daily rate was fair and we were picking it up ourselves since getting the same piece of equipment delivered was $200 more. We went to pickup next day in our rented U-haul truck since we don’t have our own vehicles anymore (we live on a sailboat). We were told we could NOT rent the equipment since we didn’t ... read more
