The worst communication. Rented a 40ft boom lift for a week. Day 2 of having it leaked oil, took a day to fix it then turn around and tried to charge me for a day I didnt have it.

I hate to give a businesses 1 star, but unfortunately our experience with them was the worst. This may be due to a company policy, if so, they need to drastically change it. We rented an engine hoist online for a day. The daily rate was fair and we were picking it up ourselves since getting the same piece of equipment delivered was $200 more.
