Incredibly disappointed with this London branch of this company. We rented many four-wheel gators from them, months in advance for our festival. We confirmed the order with them a few days ago, even got our receipt again, and now with only 1 week to our festival, including a holiday, called to say they couldn't fulfill the order and refunded our money without even TRYING to find a solution. Booked a 375 CFM compressor in July for October 28th, now this week of October 20th, they call to say they cannot get a compressor for my reservation. Really makes it difficult to find a compressor so last minute.
Amazing service! I had contacted them absolutely last minute for a rental as some plans had fallen through and I was in need of a quick equipment rental. Matt was able to give me a quote for the rental and was super prompt and professional with his emails. My plans later changed again and I was no longer needing their services and Matt again was understanding and cancelled my reservation. I was overall very pleased with my interactions and will use their services for any future rentals I need.
