Picked up an auger on Friday to use on Saturday (they’re closed on weekends) and I couldn’t pick up and return on Saturday. They told me to have it back on Monday but failed to disclose that it needs to be by 9am or they charge you for the entire day. It makes sense but is pretty frustrating that nobody mentioned that. I would’ve made it my mission to get it back by 9am had I known that was the case.
I've actually had a really good experience with Sunbelt rentals, especially working with Will Roberts has been amazing. Equipment is always good quality and runs good and doesn't have issues, and they always deliver like they say they will. Promises made promises kept.
