The guys in the climate department went the extra mile to help me get a machine rental that I needed. No other rental company in the Ocala area would.
Rented a piece of equipment and I didn’t end up using it. Only had it on my trailer for maybe an hour. Pulled up to the job and came right back after looking at it. Not only did I not get a refund or return, she charged me a half day rate. Absolutely ridiculous business practices. I would spend your money somewhere else that isn’t only worried about keeping your money. Absolutely insane to not do a return.
Excellent service! Customer service lady and forklift man were very nice and helpful and got my rotary cutter in a timely manner 💯👍
