They told us it would be an hour wait (8:28) to get forklift ready ended up waiting more than 2 hours lady at the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone
My experience renting from Sunbelt is unsurpassed. Isaac and Jeronimo treat the customers with congenital professionalism and are a wealth of freely shared information and resources. The outside staff are also efficient and helpful. The equipment and the facility are clean and organized. It is always a pleasure doing business with them.
I had a very challenging job to complete in Las Cruces, where I rented a lift, and then halfway into the job it unexpectedly turned out I was going to have to pivot to scaffolding. All through this process Isaac at Sunbelt was incredibly helpful, supportive, and prompt in addressing my changing needs. I could not have completed this job without him, especially in the limited time that I had available. Thank you Isaac, you are a life saver!
