He took the time to clearly explain how to operate the equipment we rented and made sure we felt confident using it. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. At this location, you need to have your employees. Treat the m customer with care. And respect, especially one of your employees. Heavy said guy he is very rude. Rude, like no imagination, need to get rid of that man. Sunbelt Rental Las Cruces was a great experience! We rented a floor grinder and had an issue with the equipment and we called on July 4th weekend. Jacob was on-call and was great and helped us out by meeting us half way between TorC and Las Cruces in Hatch and brought another unit. We had no issues with that one and we were able to finish up our project.
