Mr Dan Gray spent 4 hours not reaching out to anyone from his management after being informed by 4 different representatives from Ritchie bros that I paid for that equipment to release it. I’m under a contract and timeline to have to pick it up per the auction. I drove all the way to Montgomery (1.5 hrs) before he even attempted to fix the problem. I had reserved a boom lift weeks in advance only to end up with no equipment the day job is suppose to start. I had confirmed the delivery reservation with the dispatcher a week before the job start but when the day arrived it was not delivered. When I called for the status they informed me that they assumed it was cancel because I didn't answer my phone the day before. Just one call that was unanswered, and they did not deliver it causing delay, time, and money. The manager was very rude as well.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. I reached out to rent specific construction equipment that was listed as available, but was told—rather dismissively—that they didn’t have it. What stood out most wasn’t just the lack of equipment, but the attitude I encountered.
