I’ve dealt with a lot of rental places and most are horrible. This was the best experience ever!!!! Most friendly service. MEGAN at the front was incredibly polite, friendly and professional and answered all my questions!! DYLAN was the yard hand awhile helped me hook up my equipment. I called Sunbelt 10 minutes before close hoping to get some information about a possible rental for a flooring project. Megan got me connected with Clinton from the specialty store in Novi--even though they had already been closed for an hour. Within 15 minutes of my initial call, I had all the information I needed to complete my project, and(!) a reservation for my tool rental. Megan and Clinton made me remember what true customer service is like. This is where I will do all my rentals from now on :)
