In September rented a concrete planer. We paid for the insurance on it. The cutter bits fell off. When we returned the equipment we told the guy and gave him the pieces that had fallen off. Was told that it happens. We did not finish the work. Then the following month when I received my credit card bill there was another charge on it for Sunbelt. After some false advertising on the website apparently the unit I ordered doesnt exist and they have no units for me. Big waste of my time...
