Had an issue with a towed forklift from a job site. Kenny the manager went above and beyond in assisting with its return
Great service, friendly staff, and they work with you to make delivery easier.
Had an electric issue in my ceiling requiring a scissor lift called and spoke with a Kabe, verified they had 4 on-site. Never once stated they didn’t have trailers or did I have one. Rushed from Algiers to downtown to be let down, biggest reason why the review the guy that helped me was probably Kane but never introduced himself and stated the next available solution was Mandeville, feel it was a bait and switch.
