The overall service and equipment experience was great. Spoke with Christina about a billing issue and she got it resolved while still on the call. We will definitely continue to use them for any of our jobs in NOLA!
We had someone with sunbelt measure the area we needed worked on and suggest a machine which DID not end up fitting in the area and we could not use. Yet, they are still trying to charge us. Also, for ANOTHER job we had the lift for two weeks (12 days). It took them two extra days to come pick up making it 14 Days. They charged us for 3 weeks saying one week = 5 Days.
