Very friendly and easy to set up a rental over the phone!
Most unprofessional companie I have ever delt with. Charging me a full day rental for not being back by noon on a Friday when a full week rental was processed on monday. Sales associate legit threatening me while standing in front of entire staff, changing rules whenever it suits them. Insane this place is out here ripping people off that have rented from them for years. Don't get beat up going in here.
Fair, efficient, and good communication. Would use them again and recommend to others.
