I rented a scaffolding setup from Sunbelt in Lafayette and the whole process was frustrating. I emailed exactly what I needed, but they sent me too much of some items, not enough of others, and even extra pieces I never asked for. We agreed on a morning delivery time over email, but when I went in to pay they told me half the equipment wasn’t in stock and it might not arrive until after 4pm. Tim O’Neal was not the one helping us at all but works here and had the rudest demeanor as soon as we walked in. Recorded and took photos of our vehicles for no valid reason whatsoever, said someone from MacAllister Rentals called him so he felt it was his right to record us. Felt discriminated against for the first time after being a customer with Sunbelt for over 5 years and having a well established reputation.
