Tim O’Neal was not the one helping us at all but works here and had the rudest demeanor as soon as we walked in. Recorded and took photos of our vehicles for no valid reason whatsoever, said someone from MacAllister Rentals called him so he felt it was his right to record us. Felt discriminated against for the first time after being a customer with Sunbelt for over 5 years and having a well established reputation.
