I had an incredibly positive experience with the professional & curious staff at Sunbelt Newnan. From the knowledgeable & polite office personnel that originally answered my call, to the thorough tech that loaded the tractor onto the trailer, to the patient delivery driver who stayed on site longer than normal to help trouble shoot how to fully use the equipment he delivered, to the supervisor who took my call and set up a repair company to meet me at 7a.m. the next morning to replace a broken hydraulic hose that broke on th... read more

Frustrating Experience but Excellent Customer Service Picked up an aerator from the Newnan Sunbelt location, but the tines would not deploy. I'm a pretty handy individual, but after speaking with three different Sunbelt team members on the phone, no one could troubleshoot the issue. A technician came out the next morning and resolved the issue but by then, I had lost nearly the entire 24-hour rental window.
