We rented a core drill to put a hole in a tank, got it home and it didn’t fit in the space that we needed it too. They had closed for the day so we took it first thing in the morning back and they refunded us. Will definitely use them again. This was my error and they Helped me out. Thanks again, very friendly knowledgable staff as well.
We had a great experience. Recently rented a scissor lift and had some miscommunication regarding pick up (our fault) that would have definitely meant additional charges at most rental places. They listened to us, treated us fairly and made it right. Really appreciate the service. Will use again!
Great place to rent stuff
They may want to teach their drivers etiquette. Driver of PVM 0203 was very aggressive towards us while driving home on I35 around 430 today. Has nothing to do with the business but I’m aware that reviews seem to be the only way to bring attention. I honestly thought he was going to ram us for merging in front of him. He sped past blaring his horn and swerved. Is this how all of your drivers act?
