Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, avoid the hassle and call a real rental place like UnitedRentals. I would give zero stars if possible. I asked online for someone to contact me, I was told they would call me within 2 hrs. Nobody called. So I asked online again, again, nobody called. I asked a 3rd time online, just to be given some silly excuses why they hadn't called me, then I was told for sure someone will call me. Hours and hours later, still no call. Sunbelts customer service at its finest!

Reneted a vibrating tamper for pavers and the equipment worked perfectly and available immediately. Very quick and reasonable prices. Will rent here again!

Night and day dealing with Sunbelt vs. McAllisters rentals in Fishers. Sunbelt has a nice helpful staff and McAllisters had a bunch of arrogant people who have attitudes like they dont want to be there working in the Fisher store. If im in the Fishers area its a no brainer that I will give my business to Sunbelt rentals.

Poor customer service, called to reserve a specific skid steer, the guy confirmed he had it. Next day I show up and it’s not what was described. I never said anything, I got it home noticed it was on 3/4 of a tank of fuel. Used it down to almost a 1/2 a tank, filled it up before taking it back. Accused me of not filling it up, I said I did fill it up and the guy at the counter said I quote “maybe next time find somewhere else to rent”.
