I rented some lights from them. The original lights that I rented were not working properly, thank goodness they tested them before I left with them! They were able to find a creative solution for what I needed right there on the spot. They went above and beyond, even helping me transport the lights to and from the event at no additional charge! They REALLY know how to put the customer first.
Some of the worst non inspected equipment I have ever rented... the night tech is useless. They delivered a lift that the e stop didn't work and turned the key off to shut off the machine knowing I couldn't control it from the basket. 2 nights in a row they failed to show up and fix the issue. Reserved equipment a week in advance, but when I showed up they tell me it isn't available. Not even a phone call to notify me in advance...disappointing
I have been there 7 years and finally bought a house and really sad to go. Clean, clean, clean friendly and will come back if I have anything I need to store. Would give them a 10 if I could
