You can't leave a message at the store you either have to be transferred to a national 24-hour line or just wait till Monday. I would think they would want to allow people to leave messages in regards to their equipment. Instead you have to constantly remember all weekend or set an alarm on your phone so you remember to call them in time. The last thing people need running businesses is to remember more things. Never mentioned the military/veteran discount at all until I saw a sign. However the management made to effort to fix the issue promptly and their changes were appreciated.
