I send 6 to 10 different installers to Sunbelt rentals in Sun, Prairie for all kinds of stuff. Bridget is always on top of their rentals she is so helpful, and greets us with a smile. I recommend asking for her on the phone if you have questions or when you visit Sun Prairie Sunbelt. Thank you Bridget for the years of great customer service. Gary at the front desk was very helpful and helped me to get a refund for an extra day charge for a rental. I explained that I was told on the phone if I brought the rental in early the next morning then I wouldn't be charged for an extra day. After calling the front desk, Gary talked to the manager and was able to get me a refund for the extra charge. Great experience overall.

Rented a drop trailer to move a forklift across town. When I picked up, they said "We believe it should work for you". Battery was not charged so we had to wait while it got enough charge to move up and down. Brakes also DID NOT work. With a 6000lb forklift on it, when would brake it pushed my truck, screeching the tires. It was an uneasy drive to say the least. I mentioned all this to the blonde lady when dropping off and ask for some sort of discount on the rental. She said "we'll you got your job done didn't you?" I asked... read more

This was my first time renting equipment from Sunbelt and I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole process. I reserved equipment online quickly, and when I arrived the process to pick up the equipment was even more streamlined with the help of Gary at the front desk. He was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend renting from here.
