Wonderful service! Employees helped with instruction and loading equipment
You must never rent from here. I am a licensed contractor, I rented a walk behind a cement saw that would give you shocks as soon as you turned it on. Very dangerous. After fixing it ( my electrician) the walk behind cement saw that constantly tripped its own breaker. I was told I needed a generator because the house power wasn't sufficient. 45 mns later that tripped too. I called and said to come get it. Extremely frustrating experience. Equipment was delivered early against our request, and billing was started from that date anyway. We were charged over $12,000, hit with unexplained fees, and repeatedly told we owed more with no clear explanation. We spoke to multiple people, none of whom could give consistent answers, and were even threatened with collections. To top it off, Sunbelt removed paid equipment from an active job site and now wants to charge additional drop fees to return it. Disorganized billing, poor communica... read more
