They probably should have "new sales reps" answer the phone and give out misinformation. It was a complete waste of my time. Quoted and told one thing over the phone to find out it was not correct. Took my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all.
Great place
Went to pick up a specific trailer and pallet jack that I reserved over a week out and they had rented it earlier in the day to someone else. They had no other options and still asked if I wanted the pallet jack. 🤦♂️
This is the second time I’ve rented with them and the girl in front of me t us rude af both times. They didn’t even have the proper power cord to go with the concrete planer that I rented. It took me a day just to find the cord to connect to it. I had to make a special one. I asked him if they could give me a discount since they didn’t have the proper cords to go with their equipment, and the girl in front tells me it comes with what it comes with.
