Went to pick up a specific trailer and pallet jack that I reserved over a week out and they had rented it earlier in the day to someone else. They had no other options and still asked if I wanted the pallet jack. 🤦♂️
This is the second time I’ve rented with them and the girl in front of me t us rude af both times. They didn’t even have the proper power cord to go with the concrete planer that I rented. It took me a day just to find the cord to connect to it. I had to make a special one. I asked him if they could give me a discount since they didn’t have the proper cords to go with their equipment, and the girl in front tells me it comes with what it comes with. Great staff who really do care about making sure you have what you need. Interacted with three different employees through pickup and drop off and each was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Definitely getting more gear from them.
